Poetry Pages from Humanist Perspectives

Submit your own poetry

We extend an invitation to all our readers to submit their own original work of poetry that they feel might be of interest to people with a humanist outlook. We welcome poems on philosophy, politics, current news items, and general poetry with themes such as nature, triumph over adversity, life in a certain town or country, etc. We are looking for meaningful and thought-provoking work, any style, but please keep the length to no more than 40 lines. While serious subject matter is fine, we don’t want anything graphic or overly dark and heavy. Preference will be given to poems that uplift, educate and/or inspire.

Please submit no more than 4 poems per edition. All poems will be reviewed and considered but we will only be publishing 2 poems per edition. If your poem is not selected for our upcoming edition we will keep it in our inventory for possible future use. We are not offering payment, but it is a great way to showcase your work. We are requesting one-time publication rights only and all other rights remain yours. We will accept previously published works, but please inform us if that is the case so that we may give credit to the original publisher.

Please send your poetry submissions with the following form.
