Dr Glen T. Martin is professor emeritus of philosophy at Radford University in Virginia.  He is President of the World Constitution and Parliament Association and Executive Director of the Earth Constitution Institute, both organizations cooperating to create democratic world government under the Constitution for the Federation of Earth.  Dr. Martin has lectured worldwide in doing this work. He is author of 12 books and hundreds of articles on holistic solutions to our planetary crises.  His newest book, just launched, is called The Earth Constitution Solution: Design for a Living Planet.
