Terry Rapoch was born in the UK, emigrated to Canada as a child, went to Lower Canada College, and graduated from Bishop's University. He worked in Tanzania for three years, did graduate work in Forestry at the University of British Columbia before building a career as an information systems executive in Montreal and Toronto before moving with his family to Dayton, Ohio to work for NCR corporation. Terry left NCR to run a non-profit research startup, daytaOhio, specializing in the visualization of complex data. He served on several community boards including CareSource a $10B health plan manager headquartered in Dayton. He is now retired but continues to consult on community development and risk analysis, but plays lots of golf! Tricia and Terry have been married since1982 and have two daughters, a son and one granddaughter
